Shari Mickey-Boggs, Senior Associate Chancellor for Human Resources

Message from the Chief Human Resources Officer

Impact isn't just something we report, it's something we build.

At Illinois Human Resources, every data point tells a part of our story: a story of people, service, and intentional progress. The metrics shared here illuminate how our work shapes the employee experience, informs campuswide decisions, and upholds our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.

Our goal is simple: create an environment where people thrive, and let the data show what that progress looks like.
